  • Can I use my Season Pass for Happy Hauntings?

    If you have a 2025 Gold or Platinum Season Pass, you get access to Happy Hauntings! Don't forget to use your other Pass Perks like discounts on retail, food + beverages & more!

  • Should I get my tickets ahead of time?

    Buying your Happy Hauntings tickets in advance will save you time & money! Online prices and promotions are available online only. We highly encourage advanced purchase.

  • What should we bring?

    Costumes are encouraged! We'll provide the candy bags, but you're welcome to bring your own as well. The most imporatant thing to bring is friends & family who are ready to enjoy new Halloween-fun at Happy Hauntings!

  • What kind of costumes are allowed?

    Guests (young & old!) are encouraged to wear family friendly costumes during this event. We do not allow any masks/face coverings to be worn during this event, as well as no horror-style costumes or make-up. Costumes may be deemed to be inapporpriate at managerial discretion, and guests may be asked to change or exit the park.

  • What if it rains?

    Happy Hauntings will take place rain or shine! Our standard rain policy applies to this event.

    "If a driving rainstorm unexpectedly begins after guests have entered the park, and continues for at least a half-hour with no sign of relief in the forecast guests will receive rain checks at Guest Services during the time of the storm. Rain checks are valid only for the current season. We do not refund admission dollars. Please note: For your safety some rides and attractions may temporarily close due to lightning or heavy rain. Rain checks are not issued at the end of the day.

    *Severe forecasted rain and weather events may impact operation. In the event of severe weather, Story Land may enact a full or early closure on affected operating days. Guests will be notified of any operational adjustments via email (if you have a date specific ticket), our website and social accounts along with in-park announcements if applicable. Rain checks or reservation adjustments will be provided."
