During your trip to the Mount Washington Valley, we recommend discovering more about the ocean and its marine life. It’s important to sit down and make an itinerary when you visit Mount Washington Valley because there is so much to experience! Having a plan will help you enjoy everything you want to experience with fewer headaches.
The valley is extremely safe and a perfect place to take kids on vacation, even in winter. That being said, it’s important to keep an eye on them in case they get swept away by the magnificent landscapes and fun!
Be sure to pack a lot of comfy clothes! Bring jackets and layers for higher-elevation adventures and nighttime fun. Pack hiking clothes and accessories, and don’t forget to bring water bottles and sunscreen every day. Don’t let the heat (or cold) ruin your fun!
You can visit the mountains year-round, but we recommend visiting during spring or fall. Summer can get hot and very busy, but there is nothing like sunshine to have a relaxing and fun day. If you visit during summer, make sure to bring water and sunscreen with you. The scenery during winter is beautiful, but keeping an eye on the weather is important.
You will have so much fun visiting the Mount Washington Valley area with your family! Unforgettable memories and landscapes await you at Story Land. Remember to plan accordingly, so you can relax and enjoy once you arrive. Also, don’t forget to buy your tickets in advance! We wish you a happy, fun trip!
