There are two easy ways to get your Mobile Season Pass.
Simply upload your photo during the checkout process. This will automatically create your Mobile Season Pass, which you can download to your Google or Apple Wallet from your confirmation email through the Guest Portal.
If you already purchased your pass and did not upload a photo during the checkout process, you can log into the Guest Portal and upload a photo. If you wish to change your photo, please visit Guest Relations at the admissions building.
Already have a physical Season Pass? It’s easy to go Mobile! To do so, sign in or create a Guest Portal account to download and save your Mobile Season Pass. It's important to note that you must log in using the email address associated with the Season Pass you would like to convert.
To access the Guest Portal and manage your Season Passes, you first need to create an account using the Passholder's email address. (Please note that this email may be different from the one used during checkout.)
Follow the prompts to create your account. Once you have completed the process, an email with a one-time verification code will be sent to the address you used to create your account. After entering the verification code to confirm your email, you will gain access to the portal!
Once you’re in the Guest Portal, you can manage all Season Passes associated with your email address. You’ll be able to view the status of your Season Pass, download it to your mobile device, check how many guest tickets remain on your account, and view related perks.
You will get an email as soon as your purchase is complete, containing your order confirmation and purchase information. Shortly after, you will receive a second email with your Mobile Season Passes (it can take 10-15 minutes for your second email to arrive), ready for download, and able to be added to your Google or Apple wallet.
We highly encourage you to choose a Mobile Season Pass for your convenience, but if you love a classic touch, limited quantities of physical Season Passes are still available. Please visit Guest Services to inquire.
Yes! If you renewed your physical season but and would also like a mobile season pass, simply log into your Guest Portal and download your pass to your wallet. As long as your barcode numbers match, it will work in physical or mobile form.Â
Please Note: If you have a physical season pass card created or replaced AFTER you have downloaded your mobile season pass, you will need to go back into your Guest Portal and download a new mobile pass.Â
