Soak up the farm-tastic fun at Moo Lagoon, the new water play area at Story Land. Zip down water slides of all sizes, then drench your friends with farm-themed silly sprayers. There’s water every which way with squirting flowers, fountains and even a tractor that soaks.

Start your fun early with a Fairy Tale Wake-Up breakfast. Enjoy all your favorite foods with a couple of your very favorite friends- Daniel Tiger and Katerina Kittycat! Or join Cinderella and friends for a royal tea party with snacks and party favors. There are multiple ways to make more of your Story Land visit.

Come meet more fascinating critters at Living Shores Aquarium. Enjoy hands-on discovery with the touch pools filled with stingrays, nibble fish & sea urchins. Learn about reptiles, a variety of fish, bugs & more, all right next door to Story Land.

Where Our Story Begins

In the 1950’s, New Hampshire natives Bob and Ruth Morell were stationed in Germany serving the U.S. Army.  When they returned home with 25 handmade dolls based on characters from classic children’s books, they knew they needed to bring those stories to life. The Morrells decided to build a village for the storybook characters and other storybook animals. In 1954 that village opened in Glen, NH and is home to endless family memories for 70 years and counting.
