Jump on the rides you loved as a kid, then visit Cinderella in her castle and get your photo taken, just like the old days! Each Nostalgia Night is jam-packed with rides & entertainment. Check out this projected overview to help you plan your night of fun!

  • 5PM: General Admission starts
  • 6PM: Select rides open
  • 6PM-8PM: Visit Cinderella in her Castle!
  • 7PM-10PM: Live Music, Shows & More
  • DARK: Select ride closures
  • 9:30PM: Drink service ends + Roar-O-Saurus queue line closes
  • 9:45PM: All other queue lines close
  • 10PM: End of Event

Rides

A trip to Story Land wouldn’t be complete without rides! Enjoy endless opportunities to relive your childhood on classic Story Land rides and ones that may be ‘new’ to you since your childhood departure from the land where fantasy lives. Unless you are choosing a kid free night at Story Land, then you are well acquainted with our offerings. It is our goal to have all rides and attractions open for these events! Most rides will operate until 10 pm with queue lines closing at 9:45 pm. Some rides close at dusk, including but not limited to: Cinderella's Pumpkin Coach, Swan Boats, Pirate Ship, Carousel. All ride offerings and schedules are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

It wouldn’t be a Nostalgia Night without photo opportunities at every turn! Freddy the Fire Truck will be on display along with an original Antique Car and our beloved Voyage to the Moon vehicle. All the classics will be available as well - visit Cinderella in her Castle until 8pm, get your photo on Miss Muffet's Tuffet, Humpty's Wall and more. We also offer new on-ride photography at Antique Cars & on the Polar Coaster!

Important Event Information

We are so excited you are joining us for a highly anticipated Nostalgia Night. Below you will find useful information to help make your visit as enjoyable and memorable as possible!

Gates opening at 5pm. Entrance to the event will be permitted from 5 - 8pm with no re-entry permitted. Public operation will conclude at 5 pm and day visitors will be leaving the park after close. Please note, entering between 5 - 6 pm will allow you to enjoy the park but some areas and rides will have a delayed reopening. A variety of rides and attractions will continue to operate throughout the evening while the following rides will close at dusk: Pumpkin Coach/Cinderella's Castle, Swan Boats, Pirate Ship.

Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags with a maximum size of 12" x 6" x 12" or non-clear bags with a maximum size of 5” X 8” X 2” (13 cm x 20 cm x 5 cm). Bags that do not meet these guidelines will not be allowed in and will need to be placed back in your car. All bags regardless of size will be searched. No exceptions.

All guests must be 21 years old or older. All guests will be ID'd and wrist banded at the gate. No ID, no entry, no exceptions. Guests who show signs of visible intoxication upon arrival to the park may be denied entry at staff’s discretion without refund. 

Acceptable forms of IDs are…

  1. Valid motor vehicle driver’s license issued by any state in the US, District of Columbia, US territory, or province of Canada
  2. Valid ID card issued by the same states, districts and territory stated above.
  3. Armed service ID
  4. Valid U.S. Passport

No outside food or drink will be permitted except unopened bottles of water or small packaged snacks. 2 drinks per guest per sale will be permitted up to 4 total drinks. Wristband must be shown and properly secured for service. Guests visibly intoxicated during the event may be asked to leave without refund.

Any signs of tailgating in Story Land parking lots prior to Nostalgia Night events will forfeit your ticket immediately and entry will not be permitted. No exceptions. No refunds. 

Concerned about rain in the forecast? Don't worry, this event will happen rain or shine, and we sell ponchos (yes the classic yellow one you wore as a kid.)

Nostalgia Night events require a special event ticket. 2025 Story Land Gold and Platinum Season Passholders 21+ can enter Nostalgia Night events for no additional cost so long as valid government issued ID is presented in addition to your valid season pass. All other forms of admission will not be permitted entry.
